Therapy
Kind Minds Collective offers transformative mental health support through trauma-focused talk therapy, specialized EMDR therapy, and focused therapy intensives designed to accelerate your healing journey. Whether you are seeking consistent weekly care or a deep-dive intensive experience, our trauma-informed approach helps you process the past and reclaim your future.
-
At Kind Minds Collective, we believe that mental health therapy is more than just a weekly appointment; it is a dedicated space for self-discovery, resilience, and profound healing. Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, ensuring that every individual feels truly seen, heard, and supported. Whether you are navigating the complexities of daily life or seeking to untangle deep-seated emotional patterns, we provide the grounded, compassionate guidance you need to foster a more authentic and peaceful connection with yourself. We typically conduct 50 to 55-minute virtual therapy sessions for individuals, both self pay and with in-network benefits.
$250 per session: By participating at this level, you directly contribute to the sustainability of accessible mental health services within the practice.
$100–$200 per session: This tier honors your commitment to well-being while respecting your current financial flow. We will collaborate on a weekly rate prior to intake that feels sustainable and aligned with your resources.
$0–$75 per session: We hold dedicated sessions for individuals navigating systemic barriers or significant life transitions; however, we currently have no spots available. When an opening becomes available we will refer to our waitlist first. Please inform your provider if you want to be on this waitlist.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized, evidence-based approach designed to help you process and integrate traumatic memories that may feel "stuck" in your nervous system. By utilizing bilateral stimulation—such as an EMDR light bar or tactile tapping—we help decrease the emotional charge of past experiences, allowing you to move from a state of survival into a state of healing. This transformative process doesn't just manage symptoms; it fundamentally changes how your brain stores difficult memories, making it possible to find relief from triggers, anxiety, and the lingering echoes of the past.
-
For those ready to make significant strides in a shorter period, our Therapy Intensives provide an accelerated path to wellness. Unlike traditional hour-long weekly sessions, intensives offer extended blocks of time over several days, allowing us to dive deep into the healing process without the interruption of the "start-stop" cycle of standard therapy. This format is ideal for busy professionals or individuals navigating a major life transition, providing a concentrated, immersive environment.
The Production Pulse
A TRI-PHASE WELLNESS ASSESSMENT
The Production Pulse is an intentional, trauma-informed wellness assessment offered at three key phases of your production:
Pre-Production
Mid-Production
Post-Production.
Designed to support emotional regulation, team cohesion, and sustainable creative output, this service provides real-time insights and actionable strategies to improve psychological safety, prevent burnout, and supports long-term success for everyone.
-
For Cast:
A confidential space to name emotional and psychological needs before filming
Customized self-regulation and scene preparation strategies
Post-project closure and decompression support
For Crew:
Practical tools for managing stress during long or unpredictable shoots
Feedback loops to improve collaboration and morale
Support for physical and mental burnout recovery
For Productions:
A summary wellness report with anonymized insights
Early detection of stress-related risks that may affect project delivery
A reputational advantage in building ethical, human-centered production practices
Proof of care that supports union relations, insurance expectations, and team retention
-
Pre-Production Check-In
Short-form survey and 15-min 1:1 sessions (optional) to assess anticipated stressors, personal needs, and emotional readiness with department heads, leads, and production offices.
Mid-Production Assessment
On-set or virtual touchpoint with optional group debrief, real-time adjustments, and structured problem solving.
Post-Production Review
Individual or team-based reflections, closure rituals, and custom wellness exit plans for each role.
Each phase is designed to be non-disruptive, confidential, and adaptable.
-
Most productions operate reactively — supporting people after something breaks down. The Production Pulse brings intention, accountability, and emotional support into the rhythm of production itself.
This is not therapy — it’s structured, human-centered care.
Invest in the wellness of your cast, crew, and self not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it leads to:
Better performance
Stronger communication
More sustainable teams
Fewer costly delays
Higher project quality
