FAQs

Do you work with insurance?

Insurance & Network Information

We are proud to be in-network with the following providers:

  • Aetna

  • Anthem Blue Cross of California & Anthem EAP

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Quest Behavioral Health

  • United Healthcare (Optum) & Oxford (Optum)

  • Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey (Virtual Network)

Please note that while clinical therapy may be covered by these providers, our concierge case coordination services are not covered by insurance and are offered as self-pay only. Additionally, the Production Pulse fee is determined independently for each project based on its specific scope.

Therapy Investment & Community Tiers

For those paying out-of-pocket or seeking a sliding scale, we utilize a community-supported funding model:

Community Sustain Tier | $250 per session

This tier is for individuals with consistent financial security who view their investment in wellness as an opportunity to support broader community care. Choosing this pathway is an act of solidarity; your participation directly contributes to the sustainability of accessible mental health services within the practice.

Mindful Balance Tier | $100–$200 per session

Designed for those balancing personal growth with significant life commitments—such as caregiving, education, or navigating a variable economy. This tier honors your well-being while respecting your financial flow. We will collaborate on a weekly rate prior to intake that feels sustainable and aligned with your resources.

Equity Access Tier | $0–$75 per session

A dedicated number of sessions are reserved for individuals navigating systemic barriers or significant life transitions. These are prioritized for those committed to their healing journey while managing limited financial access. This tier is made possible through the collective contributions of our practice community.

How do I get started?

2

  1. Insurance Verification: If you plan to use one of the listed in-network providers above, please have your member ID ready so we can verify your specific behavioral health benefits.

  2. Tier Selection: If you are choosing a self-pay or sliding scale option, take a moment to reflect on which Community Tier feels most sustainable for your current financial flow.

  3. Consultation: We will hold a brief introductory call to discuss your needs, confirm the Weekly Rate or Production Pulse fee (if applicable), and ensure we are the right fit for your healing journey.

  4. Intake: Once the rate and fit are confirmed, we will send over the digital intake paperwork to officially begin our work together.

What is the difference between Therapy and Concierge Case Coordination?

3

Therapy focuses on clinical processing, emotional healing, and mental health symptoms, which is why it is often covered by insurance.

Concierge Case Coordination is a specialized, non-clinical service designed to manage the "logistics of life"—such as advocating across complex systems, organizing multidisciplinary care teams, and providing high-touch resource navigation. Since these services fall outside the scope of traditional medical necessity, they are self-pay only.

What exactly is the "Production Pulse fee" and when is it applied?

4

The Production Pulse fee is a project-based rate for high-intensity or time-sensitive consulting and mental health support within creative or corporate environments (such as on-set support or intensive workshops). Because the demands and duration of these projects vary significantly, we don't use a standard hourly rate; instead, we discuss a transparent, independent fee during our initial consultation to ensure it reflects the specific needs of your project.
